When you’re feeling low on energy and motivation, it can be difficult to get started on any task, let alone something productive. But there are some simple things you can do to ease yourself back into productivity without having to put in too much effort. Here are eighteen productive activities you can do when your energy and motivation are low:

1. Take a walk outside — Fresh air is an instant mood booster and can help you clear your head so you can focus on being productive.
2. Meditate — Mindfulness meditation helps to bring awareness to the present moment and quiet the mind, helping you feel more energized and motivated for the next task ahead of you.
3. Listen to music — Music can be a great way to boost your mood and get yourself moving if you’re feeling unmotivated or stuck in a rut.
4. Read something inspiring — Reading something inspiring or motivational could just be what you need for a bit of extra encouragement when feeling low on energy or enthusiasm.
5. Make a list — Writing down all of the tasks that need to be done helps give structure and clarity so that it’s easier to focus on getting them done one step at a time.
6. Break down big tasks into smaller ones — Breaking down big tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks makes them seem less daunting and helps keep motivation levels up as well as productivity levels high!
7. Take breaks throughout the day — Taking regular breaks throughout the day will help keep your energy levels up so that you don’t end up feeling burnt out by the end of it all!
8. Get enough sleep — A good night’s sleep is essential for keeping energy up throughout the day, so make sure you get your full eight hours each night if possible!
9. Exercise regularly– Exercise releases endorphins which act as natural energizers, helping improve motivation levels when they’re low!
10. Eat healthy snacks– Eating healthy snacks like fruit or nuts will give your body some much-needed fuel when it needs it most!
11. Drink plenty of water– Staying hydrated is key for staying energized throughout the day, so make sure you get your 8–10 glasses per day!
12. Set realistic goals– Setting realistic goals that are achievable will help keep motivation levels high as well as helping with productivity levels!
13. Surround yourself with positive people– Having positive people around will help keep spirits lifted during times when energy and motivation are low!
14. Change up your routine– Shake things up by changing your routine every now and then — this will help keep boredom away while also giving motivation a boost!
15. Get organized– Being organized gives structure to tasks which in turn makes them easier (and simpler!) to complete — the organization also leads towards increased productivity!
16. Take time for yourself– Taking time for yourself is important for recharging both mentally and physically — this could mean taking time off or even just taking five minutes here or there during work hours — whatever works best for you!
17. Give yourself rewards– Setting rewards (no matter how small) after completing tasks gives an incentive which helps keep motivation at its peak throughout the day/week/month/etc.!
18. Talk it out with someone– Talking it out with someone who understands is always helpful in boosting morale, especially when going through periods of low energy/motivation — having someone who knows what they’re talking about never hurts either ;)
