🙋‍♂️ Why is transtheistic Praying amazing?

❶ Rationally, it is amazing to minimise our unmet needs at all breathing moment. [self-evidently]

❷ Prayer is an intimate conversation with myself in all my vulnerability — facing fears that may be beneath the surface or staring me in the face.

This takes care of the Subpersonality personifying Fear.

❸ In prayer, I admit that I am powerless to shape the world to my desires and wants, but I have the power to choose to respond.

This takes care of the Subpersonality, personifying Sadness, Disgust and Hope.

❹ Prayer grants me the courage to face the mistakes I’ve made and the harms I have caused others.

This takes care of the Subpersonality personifying (Self) Anger.

❺ Prayer exposes the bounty of my life for which I can be grateful.

This takes care of the Subpersonality representing Joy.

❾ Transtheism refers to a system of thought or religious philosophy which is neither theistic nor atheistic but is beyond them. The word was coined by either theologian Paul Tillich or Indologist Heinrich Zimmer.

🙋‍♂️ What is the most amazing decision to make at each mindful moment?

❷ A subpersonality is, in humanistic psychology, transpersonal psychology and ego psychology, a personality mode that activates (appears temporarily) to allow a person to cope with certain psychosocial situations.

❸ “Not Forgetting” is straightly necessary for a habit to form.

🙋‍♂️ Why is procrastination disgusting?

❶ Rationally, it is amazing to minimise our unmet needs at all breathing moment.

❷ Procrastination has been linked to several negative associations, such as depression, irrational behaviour, low self-esteem, anxiety and neurological disorders such as ADHD. Others have found relationships with guilt and stress.

❸ Therefore, it is crucial for people whose procrastination has become chronic and is perceived to be debilitating to seek out a trained therapist or psychiatrist to investigate whether an underlying mental health issue may be present.
