Weight Loss and Healthy Eating
The optimal way is obviously simply to brainwash yourself into believing:
a) you are capable of sticking to the regime.
b) there will be bad consequences for your health if you don’t lose weight.
c) there will be good consequences for your health if you do lose weight.
d) health is one of the most important things in anyone’s life.
e) the only reason you won’t stick to the regime is if you irrationally get swayed by your emotions.
f) being irrational and getting swayed by your emotions is a life not worth living. We might as well be animals with no free will.
Suggestions
a) you are capable of sticking to the regime
You can do this by reading the Mindset book
b) there will be bad consequences for your health if you don’t lose weight
You can do this by spending time googling horrific stories of people that have ill health from not losing weight. You will then become a hypochondriac
c) there will be good consequences for your health if you do lose weight
Listen to podcasts from the health guru fanatics that go on and on about how exercise, diet and clean living was the key to unlocking their full potential and feeling on top of the world etc
